	Payment of a consultation
		- Proceed to the payment of a Private Consultation or Email Consultation
	Please read the text below carefully
		Our plans include a Behavior History Questionnaire and a Client Consent Form that need to be feel out and returned to Communication Feline prior to the consultation.
		Please note that your veterinarian must determine if the problem is medical or behavioral. Some specific behavior problems will not be completely solved but only managed. Each consultation includes an extensive interview, a written behavior modification plan and follow up for 30 days.
